Awful awful awful. Here don't get me wrong I have worn diesel for over 10 years and love there stuff..
Customer service is shocking, disgusting.
Was charged twice for the same order as they split it in to deliveries so i Rang a girl called "Mariia" to try and rectify the situation, she laughed at me!! Still waiting on a refund so be careful never again..
I wish I had seen this page before I ordered from diesel!
Order a pair of jeans which took 10 days to deliver, then the jeans were 2 inches longer than supposed to be so returned them, now 10 days later ups have lost the parcel (isn’t it strange that on this page lots of people report ups losing diesel orders) so now I have to wait another two week while they do an investigation before I can get the refund.
I’ve been wearing diesel jeans for years but now it seems they don’t make them to the size ordered , can’t deliver them in good time or give you a refund in the appropriate time.
I won’t be wearing diesel ever again, your customer service is non existent!

I wish I had seen this page before I ordered from diesel!

UPDATE: They sent the dress back (WITHOUT THE TAG) even if it`s shows very clear in the email picture they sent me before returning back that the string and the tag it`s attached !!! The dress looks like someone wipe the floor to get some dust on to look dirty! Nobody contacted me even If I try to call 4 times. I got an email that they can`t accept the item back and a shipping tracking number to show me that the dress was sent back. That`s all , no communication , no call, nothing! I never , ever in my life had such a horrible experience with any online order!!!
In this pandemic when every company try to make it easy for they clients just to make them happy and buy again, this company try to "survive" by simply "scamming" people. And even if I didn`t help with anything because I return the item they still got my money for almost a month to invested in something . Diesel use to be a big brand on the same line with Armani and Boss who btw they have a very pleasant customer service and happy to help with anything, Now, I don`t even know to name a company with such a low/disappointing expectations!!! I can imagine how many people are screw by this company. Will not survive to long! Please read reviews before you buy something!!!
VERY disappointing on this well known company!!! Maybe it use to be a good one but not anymore. I had a dress to return that didn`t work for me the way I wanted. I send it back and got an email saying that the "SHOES I returned are used and smell and ...." What the heck? I sent back a dress. I try to reach the costumer service 3 times and every single time they let me know that a supervise will contact me in less the 24 hrs. Nobody contacted me!! When I try to find out what's going on and I told them that I do not send any shoes because I never buy shoes from this company, they said "maybe" it`s the dress without tag and smelling . WHAT???? It`s this a joke??? How can a company so big and well known do such thinks ??? The dress I returned was new with tag, never wear it. WHO will return something that was used when the return policy said very clear that needs to be in new condition with tags attached? In this pandemic situation and for the past last year most of my products was ordered online. NEVER I had a problem with any online company /store!!! Such a shame DIESEL < very disappointed!!!! I hope this problem it`s gone resolve soon if not I will make sure to post on my accounts and every single online place I have a chance to review this brand!!!
Customer service is awful, they don't respond well on calls nor via email, product checks are not appropriate not sure how they are running such a brand, where customer service never try to resolve quires or concerns what i had even after sending multiple pictures and email my issue about buying a pair of shoes doesn't fit was not resolved simply waste of time and money you get treated like useless not worth the brand name nothing seems to be compensating for the issue even after reaching out to the customer service
I purchased 2 pairs of trainers online. 1 pair did not fit, so i returned via post. I am still waiting for my refund 1 month later. Diesel sent me an email saying that my refund would be there in 10 - 14 days, it was not, so i have had to call there customer service line multiple times to chase up my refund. The customer service staff member speaking to me on the other end of the phone, was rude, unprofessional, disinterested and sounded lethargic. If your fed with your job, don't take it out on the customer, i just want my refund. After the conversation ended i was unhappy and i feel that nothing will be done.
Moral of the story, i won't be buying from Diesel again, Diesel does not respect there customers.
I order online and waited for 3 weeks to deliver the items when it was supposed to take 3-5 working days. I returned the item back to the retailer via prepaid postage and they lost the package in transit. Now after two months of holdings my fund they are not releasing my money and haven’t came up with a resolution. Every-time I contact them they hang up on me and never been given an answer.
If you want to waste your time and ruin your mood then shop from Diesel.
I’m telling you there is no way you can take your money back from these people.
People who work in there lack basic skills for customer service.

Just an update on my previous review (and to be fair) - I have now received my refund. The staff are generally courteous (all sound Italian), but I think they must have poor administrative systems. My only advice as ever, "squeaky wheels get oiled". In other words - shout loudest!
Ordered some jeans which unfortunately did not fit. Returned them and have received confirmation they have been delivered. This was over 10 days ago and still no refund. I have emailed with no reply. Was going to order something else, but will now shop elsewhere. Not what I would expect from a company of this calibre.

Be very careful when purchasing clothes from this company as you might get something that’s Faulty.
I still haven’t received payment for the faulty item which legally I’m entitled to and I’m not sure how they keep getting away with this.
Now this has been a nightmare and cause me so much stress I would suggest to loyal customers that it may be time to change your brand as Diesel is not what it used to be and clearly getting worse.
I’ve had nothing but problems trying to get my money back with this company.
Been fan of Diesel for all my life and order something new almost every month. Never had any problem with orders,deliveries or returns. Amazing brand with good quality stuff.
Diesel shipped a hat which was never received. Then received an email saying your return request has been approved, this was never requested but they will not refund the extortionate shipping. Scammers.
